Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe #1 Review

Fantastic Four Finished With Flourish would be a good subtitle of this new tale starring Marvel’s insane assassin. Uatu the Watcher presents two main segments: Deadpool’s fight with the remaining Fantastic Four and Deadpool being evaluated at Ravenscroft Asylum where he meets Psycho Man.

Kills #1 is the initial step in Deadpool offing as many Marvel characters within this four-issue series. Much of the major fighting between DP and the Fantastic Four occur off-panel. At least one character makes a dumb decision. Within Kills are the expected surreal Deadpool dialogue and dark comedy. Bunn balances the subversive with the deadly serious.
